All products are custom made based on the details you provide. Please ensure all information, including spelling, colors, sizing, and personalization details, are correct before finalizing your order. Proofs are provided for your review and require your approval before production.

Proof Approval
You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs before we proceed with production. Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors, including spelling mistakes or design choices, that were present in the approved proof.

Return Policy
Because our products are custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged due to a production error. Please review our full Return Policy for more information.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are only possible before proof approval. Once a proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Intellectual Property
You confirm that any content provided (text, images, artwork) does not infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate or protected content.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays outside our control. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
