Return Policy
All of our products are custom made to your specifications, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders. Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged due to manufacturing or production faults.
Before printing, we send proofs of all personalized orders and require your approval. Any spelling mistakes or design details as shown in your final approved proof are your responsibility—by approving the proof, you accept all text and design as correct. We do not offer returns or refunds for errors that were present in the approved proof.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll need a photo of the damage and your order number so we can promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
