    All our products are custom made. Please allow [X] business days for production after you approve your proof. Production times may fluctuate during peak periods.
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
    We deliver orders within [Country/Region Only]. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred shipping method.
  4. No International Shipping
    At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
  5. Address Accuracy
    Please ensure your address details are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

    If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll assist you. While we can’t take responsibility for carrier or external delays, we will do what we can to help resolve the issue.

    If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos and your order number so we can organize a replacement or refund.
